What makes graphic designing so important?
A good design is anything that creates a connection through visual communication. Graphic design is not simply making something that looks good. A good design uses colors, shapes, type, composition, etc. to communicate to a particular audience. While one person can see a picture and love it, another person could see the same picture and completly hate it.
An audiences gender, personality , habits, education, age, favorite music, magazines, tv shows, demographics, etc. can have an effect on how a person will make decisions. If you can hone in on all of these things and put it in to a design, it is more likely that these people will take interest to your product or service.
